Honest answer Shadow Cresselia is an F-Tier Psychic-type attacker and not recommended for Raid battles. She's built for bulk, not damage output, so don't expect her to crack your raid lineup.

Where she does shine is PvP. Shadow Cresselia masquerades as a pseudo-Grass type in PvP punishing Water-types with Grass Knot while also handling Dragons and Fighting-types with Moonblast. The Shadow damage boost makes her a premier Great League addition, tanky enough to take hits while threatening a wide range of opponents.
